MANHATTAN — A swanky West Village building that served as a backdrop for "Sex and the City" is back on the market — for a staggering $9.65 million.

The facade of the Perry St. townhouse which Sarah Jessica Parker's character, Carrie Bradshaw, called home is on sale again after selling for more than $9 million in November, according to a listing by Sotheby's International Realty.

The 4,100-square-foot townhouse at 64 Perry St., which boasts four floors, 10 rooms and six fireplaces, went back on the market Saturday, as Curbed first reported.

The home, which was built in 1866, likely needs work.

"[The] home is waiting to be restored to its original grandeur," the Sotheby's listing said.

Both 64 Perry St. and 66 Perry St. were used as backdrops for the "Sex and the City" heroine, the executor in the November sale of the building, attorney Barry Skovgaard, confirmed.

Eight years after the show ended in 2004, tourists still have their photos snapped in front of 66 Perry St.

Showings of 64 Perry St. begin Tuesday according to the Sotheby's listing.
