WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — A gang of robbers who held five victims at gunpoint after breaking into a Washington Heights home is being hunted by police.

Police said two of the thieves climbed through a window into an apartment on West 185th Street at about 4 a.m. on Feb. 14. Another two forced their way in through the door.

Once inside, they held five people at gunpoint while they stole a laptop, cash and cell phones, police said.

Images of the four suspects were released by police Thursday. They are all believed to be in their early twenties, between 5-feet-8 and 6-feet and weighing between 150 and 200 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
