LOWER MANHATTAN — City workers testing debris recovered from Ground Zero found the remains of a woman who worked in the World Trade Center, the medical examiner's office announced Friday.

Karol Ann Keasler, 42, worked as an event planner for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods on the 89th floor of 2 World Trade Center, according the medical examiner's office and the New York Times.

The medical examiner's office has now identified remains from 1,630 victims of 9/11, the office said. That leaves 1,120 victims whose remains have not been identified.

The city is continuing to run tests on the 8,916 human remains that do not yet have a match with a victim.
