MANHATTAN — Guns N' Roses is puttin' on the Ritz.

The classic '80s metal band is set to rock the Big Apple with a mini New York tour in February  — including a raucous return to the scene of their historic 1988 "Live at The Ritz" MTV gig.

The East Village venue now has a new name — Webster Hall — and the band only has one original member, singer Axl Rose. In honor of the Feb. 15 event, The Ritz' name will be back on the marquee.

The February shows, timed to coincide with Fashion Week, also includes stops at the Roseland Ballroom on Feb. 10 and Terminal 5 on Feb. 12.

At their peak, Guns N' Roses routinely played sold-out stadiums, but the new tour includes what the band calls "intimate shows" at smaller venues. Outside of New York, Guns N' Roses will play House of Blues in Atlantic City on Feb. 24, and dates in Chicago and Silver Spring, Maryland.

A ticket presale is set to begin Tuesday at 10 a.m. for the New York shows. A public sale starts Wednesday.  Tickets and VIP packages for all six dates will be available at gunsnroses.com, the band said. It was not immediately clear how much they would cost.

In addition to Axl Rose, the current lineup includes guitarists DJ Ashba, Richard Fortus and Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, keyboardists Dizzy Reed and Chris Pitman, bassist Tommy Stinson and drummer Frank Ferrer.

One month before before that kicks off, the original lineup of Guns N' Roses will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at a ceremony in Cleveland.
