
RIDGEWOOD — A single-alarm fire left one person hurt in Queens early Monday, officials said.
The pre-dawn blaze started a little after 5:30 a.m. on the first floor at 59-33 57th Drive in Ridgewood, officials said.
An FDNY spokesman said the injury appeared to be minor. The person was not immediately taken to a hospital.
It took firefighters just under an hour to get the fire under control.
The cause was unknown early Monday, and officials were investigating.
