Beatrice Perlitsh, 82, Killed in 150th Street Car Crash

KEW GARDENS — An 82-year-old woman was killed after a car accident in Queens on Tuesday, police said.

Beatrice Perlitsh was riding in the passenger seat of a Honda Civic traveling north on 150th Street when the car struck a Lexus heading east on 72nd Avenue, sending it careening into a light pole, police said.

Perlitsh and the 89-year-old driver of the vehicle were rushed to Booth Memorial Hospital.

The driver is in stable condition.

The driver of the Lexus was uninjured, police said.

Police said there is no criminality suspected at this time.
