
LOWER EAST SIDE — Police are hunting for a man who swiped an iPhone from a woman on a Lower East Side street in broad daylight, police said.
The suspect allegedly approached the 36-year-old victim on Clinton Street between Henry Street and East Broadway about 1:25 p.m. on Dec. 17 before allegedly reaching into her jacket pocket and stealing the device.
He then fled east on Henry Street, police said.
The suspect is about 18-years-old and was wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt, according to the NYPD.
