HELL'S KITCHEN — It's one giant step for Big Blue.

Giants fans around the city rejoiced as the team brought home its first playoff win since 2008 against the Atlanta Falcons Sunday afternoon.

Sports bars everywhere were brimming with fervent G-men supporters who were overjoyed when the team trounced the Falcons 24-2 with three touchdowns and a field goal, holding the Birds to a mere safety at MetLife Stadium.

"They rolled it, it was good," said Mike Sacco, 29, a waiter the Village Pourhouse on West 46th Street, near Ninth Avenue. "There was a big group of Atlanta fans upstairs and they just got quieter and quieter as the game went on."

Paul Rocco, 28, who came to the party with a large group of friends, said he was happy about the win and was looking forward to next week's game against the 15-1 Green Bay Packers.

"Bring on the Packers!" Rocco, of Union Square said. "There was a group of Falcons fans here but they all left pretty upset. We were pretty gracious hosts though, we were going to sing a song to send them off but they were too upset."

Giants fan Andrew Lowy, 24, of Midtown, described the three touchdowns as "magical" and many devoted fans believed that the team, led by quarterback Eli Manning, could make it to the Super Bowl this year — the first time since winning it all in 2008.

"This is a sign, history tells us that they're going to go all the way this year," Lowy said.

Others agreed.

"I came out of the womb wearing a Giants onesie and are you kidding me? We are going to the game!" Carmine Charles, 29, of Lower Manhattan, exclaimed.
