UPPER WEST SIDE — After ringing in the New Year in Times Square and sharing a kiss with Mayor Michael Bloomberg, pop mega-star Lady Gaga brought the party to the Upper West Side, reports said.

Gaga visited Joanne, the new restaurant her dad is opening on West 68th Street, for an intimate after-party with a few celeb pals after performing for millions at the Times Square ball drop, the Daily Mail reported.

Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy, who co-hosted ABC's TV coverage of the Times Square festivities, joined Gaga, along with Seacrest's girlfriend Julianne Hough, actress Ashley Tisdale, and her new boyfriend Martin Johnson, lead singer of the band Boys Like Girls.

Gaga arrived at the restaurant decked out in her fourth outfit of the day, a head-to-toe white ensemble with "jewel-embellished" tights, a cape, elbow length gloves and sky-high Christian Louboutin platform shoes.

"I can't even quite describe what tonight felt like," wrote Gaga on her Twitter feed. "Sort of poetic madness. A dream come true."

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, grew up on the Upper West Side and her parents, Joe and Cynthia Germanotta, still live on West 70th Street.

Joe Germanotta is expected to officially open Joanne, which is named after his late sister, within the next few days. The restaurant was originally expected to be ready around Thanksgiving, but Chef Art Smith recently said on Twitter that the Italian eatery will open "come January."

Smith was apparently among the revelers with Gaga at Joanne in the wee hours of New Year's Day. "Great NYE celebration tonight at Joanne," Smith Tweeted at 6:29 a.m. on Jan. 1. "They were some fried turkey and waffle eating crowd."
