MIDTOWN — Yankees star Derek Jeter reportedly doesn't send his hookups away empty-handed.
The Bronx Bombers captain is known to give autographed baseballs to his conquests, the New York Post reported.
Jeter apparently got in a little trouble when he mistakenly gave a signed ball to a woman who already received one.
“[J]eter seemed to have forgotten about the first time and gave her the same identical parting gift, a gift basket with a signed Derek Jeter baseball,” a reported friend of Jeter's told the Post.
"He basically gave her the same gift twice because he’d forgotten hooking up with her the first time!”
The veteran shortstop reportedly has a gift basket waiting in a limousine when he sends his paramours home from his Trump World Tower pad after a night with the 37-year-old.
Jeter tends to stay out of the gossip pages, closely guarding his privacy.
He split with actress Minka Kelly this summer after three years with the "Friday Night Lights" star.
