MANHATTAN — Police are looking for a man who went missing in Washington Heights last week.
Joaquin Feliz, 27, was last seen on on Fri., Dec. 9, about 7:10 p.m. leaving his apartment on West 173rd St. at St. Nicholas Avenue, police said.
Feliz is described as standing 6 feet and weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
