HELL'S KITCHEN — Yee-haw!

Hold onto your cowboy hats and strap into your spurs, because the latest gay bar to open in Hell's Kitchen has a cowboy theme.

Flaming Saddles, a rootin', tootin' saloon, had a private opening at 793 Ninth Ave. Monday night.

Not only will the country-western bar have cowboy-inspired burgers and dogs, but drinks will be served up by bandana-wearing bartenders who will also two-step on top of the bar, Coyote Ugly-style.

According to the bar's website, customers should be ready to saddle up.

"You best pull yourself up by your boot straps," it said. "Put on your Tight A** Jeans and boot scoot and boogie on over to the Wild Wild West Side of NYC."

The bar also features late-night happy hour drink specials between midnight and 2 a.m.

Flaming Saddles is one of several gay bars opening in the area lately. This week, a high-profile battle over a new Boxers NYC location on 10th Avenue will continue at a Community Board 4 meeting.

Like Boxers, a spokesman for Flaming Saddles said the new bar's owners are committed to being good neighbors.

The bar is open until 4 a.m., seven days a week, and plans to serve brunch specials on the weekend, starting at high noon.
