CHELSEA — Two of the biggest sports stars in the world battled it out over Oreos at the Chelsea Piers on Tuesday.
"Shaq got lucky today," Williams said after losing the competition when O'Neal's Oreo-eating team bested hers. "But it was really fun."
The cookie, which was released in August, combines two layers of creme, one chocolate and one original, and three layers of cookie.
Shaq was humble about his victory.
"She's fabulous," he said about Williams. "She's always been a great athlete."
Williams added that now Shaq is retired from the game, he may have some time for coaching.
"I'm hoping I get some tips now that you have some extra time," Williams said to Shaq after the event.
