CENTRAL PARK — Blame Bloomberg if another storm rains out the Black Eyed Peas' concert.

Will.i.am, Fergie and company announced Wednesday that their rained out Central Park show has been rescheduled for Sept. 30, and Mayor Michael Bloomberg promised fine weather for the charity event, which is expected to draw 60,000 people.

"I will do everything in my power as mayor to make sure the night of September 30th brings clear skies and a pleasant 72 degrees," joked Bloomberg at a press conference where the rain date was announced.

The Black Eyed Peas were scheduled to play the free concert, a benefit for the poverty-fighting Robin Hood Foundation, on June 9, but a storm forced organizers to cancel the show, disappointing thousands of fans.

Tickets to the June concert were given away through an online lottery, and some VIP tickets were sold for $500, with the proceeds going to charity. People who won or bought tickets to the June show will be emailed instructions on how to get replacement tickets, officials said Wednesday. A "small number" of other VIP tickets are still available for purchase, with prices starting at $250.

Taylor Swift, MC Hammer, Debbie Harry, LL Cool J, Carole King and Natasha Bedingfield were scheduled to play at the June concert, but it's not known yet whether they'll join the Black Eyed Peas for the September show, a spokeswoman said. "At this point, it's just a Black Eyed Peas concert," said spokeswoman Katie Schroeder.

Aside from raising dough for the Robin Hood Foundation, the show, called the Concert 4 NYC, will also help pay for three new sites for the Black Eyed Peas' Peapod Academies, where teenagers learn music and video production.
