HARLEM — A man was shot twice in the legs in Harlem early Thursday, authorities said.
The shooting happened just after midnight outside 23 East 109th St., the FDNY said.
The man was taken to St. Luke's Hospital with what authorities described as a "light injury."
Nobody had been arrested by Thursday morning.
