FINANCIAL DISTRICT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a Lower East Side woman who vanished earlier this week near City Hall.
Ada Alicea, 74, was last seen around 8 p.m. Tuesday near Broadway and Chambers Street. Alicea, of Madison Street, is 5 feet tall and 140 lbs, with salt and pepper hair and a medium complexion.
She was last seen wearing a tan sweater, blue skirt, black socks and black shoes.
