HARLEM — The NYPD arrested two people in connection with the killing of a man in Harlem, DCPI said.

Sergio Palma-Ciliano, 35, from the Bronx, was found with multiple stab wounds to the torso at 516 W. 136th St. after responding to a 911 call around 9:30 p.m Monday.

He was later pronounced dead in Harlem Hospital.

Police arrested one male and one female at the scene. Pedro Flores, 23, of Washington Heights was charged with Palma-Ciliano's murder, police said.

The Daily News reported that the suspects are brother and sister, and that they had lived in the building for about a decade.

Police were blocking off the stairwell of the building, and there were discarded medical gear and shreds of jeans and a pair of sneakers on the 4th-floor stairwell Tuesday morning.

Police arrested two with links to the killing of a man in Harlem yesterday.
