MIDTOWN —Design problems at Trump SoHo has led to a flurry of lawsuits between the luxury hotel-condominium’s developers and its architects, the Real Deal reported Wednesday.

The developers of the Spring Street tower claims the Rockwell Group did not meet building codes, costing $1.5 million in damages for delays and replacements, the Real Deal reported. It cited bathtubs that were too small, ill-fitting closet hangers and badly lit elevators.

This suit came two days after Rockwell sued the developers, the Bayrock Group and Sapir Organization, for $1.5 million in unpaid bills.

Condo-buyers are also suing the developers for $1.8 million, claiming they were lied to about how well the apartments were selling.
