MANHATTAN — PATH train service on two lines between New Jersey and Manhattan has been suspended because of a signal failure, according to the Port Authority.

Train service on the Hoboken to 33rd Street line and Journal Square to 33rd Street lines have been suspended, according to the PATH train website.

The signal problem began around 8:35 a.m., PATH spokesman Steve Coleman said.

Crews are working on fixing the signal, but it is unknown at this time when train service will resume, Coleman said.
