MANHATTAN — A 20-year-old Chelsea man has gone missing, according to police.
Mario Carr was last seen about 3 p.m. Tuesday in front of his home at 422 West 20th St. between Ninth and 10th Avenues, police said.
Carr is described as 5-foot-8, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a navy blue winter coat, blue jeans, a long-sleeve gray shirt and black sneakers, according to the NYPD.
