UPPER WEST SIDE — Lady Gaga isn't the only one in her family spoiling for a breast milk fight.

The superstar's parents live in the Upper West Side condo whose battle with a breast-feeding boutique on the building's ground floor was chronicled in a New York Times story Thursday.

The board of the ornate Pythian, at 135 W. 70th Street, is in a dispute with Upper Breast Side, a store and "resource center" that advises mothers on breast feeding, the Times reported. Gaga's parents, Cynthia and Joe Germanotta, have lived in the building since 1993, the building's website brags.

The condo board fined the breast-feeding boutique $250 for keeping its heavy front door open, which prompted the boutique's owner to file a discrimination complaint with the State Division of Human Rights, according to the Times.

Representatives for the building could not be reached for comment Friday.

The breast milk brouhaha broke just days after Gaga threatened to sue a London ice cream shop that named a frozen dessert made with human breast milk "Baby Gaga."

Gaga, who's said she wants her upcoming perfume to smell like blood and semen, had her lawyer slap The Icecreamists with a letter accusing the store of harming the pop star's reputation.

"Associating the Lady Gaga mark with a food product which may be unsafe for human consumption (owing to the risk of it carrying such viruses as hepatitis) is...highly detrimental," reads the letter.

Local health officials have reportedly ordered the store to stop selling the milky treat while they investigate its safety.

The owner of the Upper Breast Side referenced Gaga in the Times story, but it's not known if the shout-out to her neighbors' famous daughter was intentional. Shop owner Felina Rakowski-Gallagher couldn't be reached for comment Friday.

Rakowski-Gallagher, a staunch advocate for breast feeding, told the Times that lactating moms deserve to wear nursing bras that don't look dumpy.

"Are you going to nurse in something that looks like a stretched-out athletic sock, or do you want to wear a completely blinged-out HOTmilk or Marlies Dekkers nursing bra that looks just like what Lady Gaga wears?" Rakowski-Gallagher told the Times. "Nursing is normal. And normal means that you can be really gorgeous."

The Pythian isn't the only Gaga-related real estate in the neighborhood. The Germanottas invested in a West 68th Street restaurant, Vince and Eddie's, that appears to have closed recently.
