MANHATTAN — Why go to Vegas to have Elvis officiate your wedding when the Naked Cowboy can do the honors right here in Times Square?

The Naked Cowboy, aka Robert Burck, has turned to Twitter to advertise his services as a wedding officiant.

"Get married this spring by Reverend Naked Cowboy in Times Square," he tweeted on Friday.

The Times Square icon and one time presidential candidate has been strutting his sculpted and mostly nude physique around the area for more than 14 years, according to his website.

Burck became an ordained minister and was officially registered as a marriage officiant by the city on Dec. 10, 2008. He has performed dozens of ceremonies in Times Square and around the country, Todd Rubenstein, executive director of Naked Cowboy Enterprises, said.

In fact, Rubenstein's own wedding on Christmas night, 2008 in Times Square, was the first one Burck performed.

The Naked Cowboy will perform a full ceremony, lasting about 15 minutes for $499, but extra services like a wedding video or limousine can be added for an additional cost, Rubenstein said.

Burck will take the wedding seriously and "all of the ceremonial vows and structures are there," Rubenstein said, adding that the Naked Cowboy is happy to have fun with the nuptials if the couple wishes it.

"If you get married by the Naked Cowboy you probably want to have a little bit of fun."
