MANHATTAN — A man was rushed to the hospital Thursday night after being struck by a subway train at Penn Station.

A spokesman for the Fire Department said the man was hit by an A train just after 10 p.m. Thursday. The man survived and the damage was isolated to one of his legs, the FDNY said.

The man, who was not identified, was lifted from the tracks on the Eighth Avenue line and taken to Bellevue Hospital Center, fire officials said.
