MIDTOWN – Emergency crews raced to the high-rise offices above Penn Station on Thursday when cleaning fluid spilled onto at least one person inside, an FDNY spokesman said.

EMS workers checked out four people inside 2 Penn Plaza after getting a call at 11:30 a.m. that some cleaning solution had spilled.

It was unclear what the cleaning product was or where it came from, the FDNY said.

A fireman at the scene said the workers refused treatment.
