MANHATTAN — Turn left. Arriving at your destination, the Laurie Beechman Theatre.

Karen Jacobsen, best known as the Australian voice that directs Garmin GPS users, will be singing at the Midtown theater next week, the Daily News reported.

The Aussie has been voicing GPS directions for 10 years but had always wanted to sing on stage, the News reported.

"As a little girl, I dreamed of hearing my voice in the car radio," she told the paper. "I never dreamed that my voice would end up in cars, but in a GPS."

In addition to both assisting and irritating drivers, Jacobsen has done voice over work for commercials since she moved to New York in 2000, according to her website.
