NYPD Traffic Agent Injured in Henry Hudson Parkway Motorcycle Crash

UPPER WEST SIDE — An off-duty NYPD traffic agent riding her motorcycle on the Henry Hudson Parkway Tuesday morning was hospitalized after she collided with a car, police said.

Emergency services responded to the accident on the soutbound side of the highway between the West 72th Street and West 59th Street exits, police said.

The traffic agent, who was driving her personal motorcycle at the time, sustained injuries and was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in stable condition, sources said.

The extent of her injuries is unknown at this time, police added. The agent was not identified.

The driver of the other vehicle was also not identified, and police said there was no criminality suspected and no charges expected at this time.
