MANHATTAN — Think the lack of a swank studio space is the only thing holding you back from producing a hit record?
Now is the time to remedy that — if you’ve got a cool $3.8 million to spare. A 5,000-square-foot Chelsea loft in which remixes for Rhihanna, Christina Aguilera, Usher and other musical notables were produced is now on the market, Curbed reported.
Amenities include two soundproofed mixing/recording studios, a reception area, exposed brick lounge, plus a kitchen, powder room and private guest bedroom, according to Keller Williams Realty.
The seller of the 148 W. 24th St. property is DJ and producer Jonathan Peters, who spent only $600,000 on the loft in 2004, according to Curbed.
