Police Release Surveillance Photograph of Suspected Midtown Bank Robber

MANHATTAN — Police released a photo of a man they said robbed a bank in  Midtown Wednesday morning.

The robber, thought to be about 35 years old, demanded cash from a teller at the HSBC Bank, at 885 Eighth Avenue, on the corner of 53rd Street. He made off with an unspecified amount of cash, according to a statement from the NYPD.

Police described him as a white man with long hair who was wearing green camouflage pants and sunglasses..
