First Fort Tryon Nature Walk of 2010 Season

Parks & Recreation's Chief Naturalist Mike Feller hosts his first Fort Tryon Nature Walk of the 2010 season. Feller helps novices and nature aficionados learn about the unique landscape of northern Manhattan’s parks, flora and fauna.

Binoculars and field guides are suggested, but not required.  

Feller conducts nature walks in Fort Tryon Park on the last Saturday of the month. 

Every other Saturday, he leads walks through Inwood Hill Park.

When: Saturday, May 29, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Where: Fort Tryon Park, Heather Gardens
