CHELSEA — "Sex in the City 2" mania has swept over Manhattan, and on Thursday local shoppers will hit the racks in Chelsea to celebrate the fashionista foursome.
A Los Angeles-based consignment store called DecadesTwo will open a pop-up shop at 6 p.m. in an apartment at luxury housing development "Chelsea Enclave" at 177 Ninth Ave.
The apartment will be set up as a huge fashion closet occupied by Charlotte, Miranda, Carrie and Samantha.
“Can you imagine if they all lived together?” said DecadesTwo co-owner Christos Garkinos. “Well, we have.”
They’ll sell some of the on-screen character’s favorite designers — Manolo Blahnik, Chanel and Balenciaga — as well as clothes identical to those warn by the stars shown on the big screen.
On sale will be Carrie’s Dolce & Gabbana floral dress, Charlotte’s wedge gingham Louboutins, Burberry sandals, Hermès scarves, and Dior shirts.
The event will be held through May 22.
