MIDTOWN WEST — Carnegie Hall took on the air of a Hoboken bar Thursday night when Lady Gaga, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Dame Shirley Bassey, Sir Elton John and Debbie Harry took the stage to sing Journey's "Don't Stop Believing."
The star-studded sing along was the highlight of the Rainforest Fund's 21st birthday celebration, which raised money for the organization that works to protect endangered rainforests throughout the world.
The crowd went wild when they realized the music icons were belting out the bar room anthem. A grainy, shaky video posted on YouTube captured the moment.
Individual tickets for the concert and supper went for $2,500, with group packages topping out at $50,000.

Lady Gaga also did a rendition of "Stand by Me" and the Boss covered Bryan Adams' "Cuts Like a Knife."
