MANHATTAN — A 29 year-old pervert reportedly took inappropriate videos up the skirts of women riding on a Penn Station escalator Tuesday, according to the New York Post.
Luis Rosales rode behind women on the escalator approaching the Seventh Avenue exit of the train station and shot videos up the victims' skirts about 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, the paper said.
Rosales was apprehended by an Amtrak police officer who charged him with unlawful surveillance, the Post reported.
The officer recovered the pervert's camera, which had on it approximately 30 lascivious images, said the Post.
Rosales was released on $2,500 bail from Manhattan Criminal Court after his arraignment, the newspaper reported.
