MANHATTAN — Two contractors who worked for NBC Universal at 30 Rock are accused of taking $140,000 in electronic equipment between Nov. 3 and Dec. 9, the New York Post reported.

The men, Jermaine Francis, 31, and Michael Freres, 39, were charged with grand larceny after stealing 13 electronic boards, one of which they sold, according to the Post.

In a fitting end to a crime spree conducted in a television studio, Freres was caught stealing one of the boards on a surveillance camera Dec. 3, the Post said.

Freres and his accomplice were charged with grand larceny and burglary for the thefts and were being held on $7,500 bail, the paper reported.
