Harlem Top Model Busted for Disorderly Conduct

By DNAinfo Staff on September 17, 2009 4:31pm

Harlem’s Brittany “Bre” Scullark, who was a finalist on America’s Next Top Model, may need to work on her model behavior.

Scullark, 24, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after a tiff turned nasty in a local Starbucks earlier this week, TMZ reported.

The Top Model contestant, who finished third on show’s Cycle Five, picked up a laptop that belonged to another customer at the coffee shop and claimed it belonged to a family member on Monday.

When the actual owner protested, Scullark allegedly lost it and cursed out the customer. She was taken into custody and issued a court summons.

Scullark, who was praised by Top Model host Tyra Banks for her fierce runway strut, was the subject of controversy involving alleged theft during the show in 2005.

She accused Top Model winner Nicole Linkletter of stealing her granola bars in an episode that aired in November 2005. After pouring out Linkletter’s Red Bull drinks in retaliation, she was nearly kicked off the show for bad behavior.

The Top Model judges’ panel also questioned Scullark for stating that the mentality of Harlem “sucks” and for rarely bathing.

Scullark will appear in court at a later date for the Starbucks incident. She is currently signed with Ford Models in New York.
