IRVING PARK — We could spend a thousand words explaining why the users of Horner Park are pushing for a dog-friendly area.

But this animated video, created by Ravenswood's Big Teeth Productions, tells you everything you need to know about the proposed one-acre park in a single minute.

Through a variety of fundraising efforts, plus contributions from Ald. Ameya Pawar (47th) and Ald. Deb Mell (33rd), supporters of the dog park are halfway toward their $150,000 goal.
