Police Seek 17-Year-Old Missing from St. Luke's Hospital

UPPER WEST SIDE — Detectives are asking for the public's help tracking down a 17-year-old who's been missing since he walked out of St. Luke's Hospital on Jan. 26, NYPD officials said.

The missing teen, Alexander Rosario, is in good physical condition, but "poor mental condition," police said.

Rosario was last seen at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 26 when he left St. Luke's at 1111 Amsterdam Ave. near West 115th Street.

He's described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 pounds, with a slim build. He was wearing a black jacket with a black hoodie, grey jeans and grey sneakers with a black and white cap.
