MANHATTAN - Six people were injured, including one seriously, in a multi-car smashup on Eleventh Avenue early Sunday morning.
The accident unfolded near the corner of 15th Street, in Chelsea around 2:30 a.m., fire officials said.
Two people were pinned in the back seat of one of the cars and had to be extricated by rescue crews.
At least two cars were involved in the crash.
Two people were taken to St. Luke's Hospital. Three others, including the serious injury, were taken to Bellevue Hospital, the officials said.
