HARLEM — Assemblyman Adam Clayton Powell IV probably doesn’t want you to follow the money.

The Harlem leader, who is vying for Rep. Charles Rangel’s Congressional seat, allegedly took campaign donations from a man facing a sexual harassment suit from dancers at his Bronx strip club, the Daily News Reported Thursday.

Konstantine "Gus" Drakopoulos, who runs Sin City at 2520 Park Avenue, reportedly made five $1,000 donations this past spring to Powell’s Congressional campaign.

"I'm going to return the money. I want no part of anybody like that," the Assemblyman told the News.

Konstantine also reportedly pleaded guilty to allegations of insider trading in 2002.

The strip club, Sin City, describes itself as “New York City's largest upscale gentlemen's club” on its website. The site also says is “features 50-100 ladies every night.”

Powell is the son of legendary Harlem politician Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. who was unseated by Rangel in 1970 after Powell faced allegations of corruption.

Now, Powell IV is running against the embattled Rangel who is facing charges of ethics violations.
