Authorities have ordered the closing of a Chelsea club where a 23-year-old woman says she was raped by a bouncer in a bathroom stall.

Club Duvet, an offshoot of the now closed Club B.E.D., at 45 W. 21st St. in Chelsea, was closed after an emergency full board member meeting of the State Liquor Authority.

The authority closed the club following charges that bouncer Hunter Dupree, 33, cornered a woman who was vomiting in the ladies room and raped her. The woman’s fiancé took her to the hospital and reported the incident to the 13th Precinct.

The full board meeting discussed a litany of complaints against the club in its review, including 42 arrests in the past two years over petty thefts and assaults.

"The place is out of control," said Commissioner Noreen Healey. "Two years ago on Thanksgiving someone was stabbed and died and since then the place hasn't gotten any better."

Dupree had previously served three years in prison for weapons charges, according to Board.
