SantaCon has some canine competition.

A dog-friendly version of the booze-fueled pub crawl everybody loves to hate is coming to town — and its participants might just be better behaved.

Dogs dressed in Santa suits are encouraged to trot over to TurnStyle, the underground marketplace connected to the Columbus Circle subway station, next week for the first ever PuppyCon.

Like SantaCon, PuppyCon participants will be drinking booze — in this case, brews from canine-friendly Bowser beers. Their owners, who are also encouraged to dress like St. Nick, can sip free beer from KelSo.

Dogs can also lap up water from bowls spread across the market and sample treats baked by Georgias Bakery, another TurnStyle tenant.

Pooches can then pose for a photo with Santa and have them printed or emailed on the spot, with a $5 donation to Dog & Co.'s rescue team.

The party, co-sponsored by TurnStyle and the pet store Dog & Co., will happen Saturday, Dec. 17, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
