This is Gracie. She is 8 months old and just 25 pounds.
Gracie was rescued by Animal Lighthouse Rescue and had been adopted, but is being returned by the family because Gracie enjoyed chasing their pet cats. (The enjoyment was not mutual.)
"Other than that, the adopter says she's perfect," ALR rescuer Julie Sinaw said.
Sinaw said Gracie is "a total sweetheart," great with other dogs and people, including children, and "is on the calmer side." She loves going on walks but afterward is keen to snuggle up for a nap.
"Loving, affectionate, happy, loyal, smart, goofy," Sinaw said. "Gracie is an all-around great girl."
Sinaw said she only has a couple of days to find a foster placement or, better yet, a new forever home for Gracie.
