QUEENS — A boxer and cabbie from Jamaica was cleared of charges that stole a woman's iPhone near Queens College last February, according to published reports.

Moustapha Dioubate, 24, had been accused of grabbing the vicitm's phone as she walked to class on Feb. 18, the New York Post said.

According to the report, he was picked out of a lineup, but had video footage showing that he was 10 miles away when the crime occurred.

“I’m so glad this is over and I can put this behind me,” said the Golden Gloves competitor, who faced up to four years in prison, the Post said.

He had been charged with grand larceny.
