MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — The brother of rapper Foxy Brown was sentenced to prison on Wednesday for charging thousands on forged credit cards at Hermes and a Midtown night club.

Gavin Marchand, 36, was sentenced to 2 1/2 to five years in prison by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ronald Zweibel. He pleaded guilty on Aug. 18 to two counts of identity theft.

Marchand admitted to charging nearly $8,000 to forged cards at the Hermes boutique in Midtown. He also confessed to using fake cards at Nikki Beach Midtown, a club at 151 E. 50th St.

Marchand and three friends were arrested after using the cards at Hermes, at 690 Madison Ave. Prosecutors said Marchand and co-defendants, Derwin Benoit, Ryan Campbell and Warren David led police on a car chase after fleeing the scene.

Marchand's famous sister, whose real name is Inga Marchand, has a history of arrests in New York City for assault and other offenses.
