MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — Dominique Strauss-Kahn is expected to appear in court on Friday morning for what will reportedly be a hearing on the terms of his bail.
Strauss-Kahn, 62, the former head of the International Monetary Fund, has been living under house arrest at 71 Broadway in a swanky townhouse while freed on $6 million bail.
He is under strict surveillance by a private 24-hour security company that he is paying for and is only allowed to leave for religious observation, medical appointments and court appearances.
The one-time French presidential hopeful was arrested on charges he forced oral sex on a maid at the Sofitel hotel in Times Square on May 14. Prosecutors said he also tried to tear off her clothes and rape her.
Strauss-Kahn has denied the charges. His attorneys did not immediately return a call for comment.
