UPPER EAST SIDE — Tudor City wants to bounce a woman who it accuses of hoarding too much stuff in her studio apartment, the New York Post reported Sunday.

The Turtle Bay co-op complex says in Housing Court papers that resident Carmen Lee Shue has way too much debris in the E. 41st Street pad.

It claims the piled-high things pose a fire hazard and could cause insect infestation.

Shue, a realtor who has lived in the place for 35 years, countered that the board is acting like a dictatorship.
