EAST VILLAGE — The wife of one of the NYPD officers acquitted of raping an East Village woman reportedly lashed out at the alleged victim, saying she should "go to hell."

Julia Moreno, wife of now-fired cop Kenneth Moreno, 43, told The Post the woman was a liar who should be punished for concocting the rape accusation.

"She should go to jail for this," Julia Moreno told the paper Sunday. "She can go to hell."

The angry wife noted that the victim did not immediatedly report the alleged attack or seek medical help.

"She had two days to make up this story with her lawyer friends before she went to the hospital,"Julia Moreno said.

Julia Moreno said the 29-year-old fashion exec made up the charges for money. The woman has filed a $57 million civil suit against the cops.
