MANHATTAN — David Letterman's accused blackmailer is expected back in court today. Robert Halderman's attorney told the Associated Press he plans to challenge the evidence used in the grand jury hearing, and will ask the judge to dismiss the high profile case against the 51-year-old CBS producer. A former Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer who is accused of assisting in Mark Dreier's $400 million hedge fund scam pleaded guilty Monday in Manhattan federal court. [DNAinfo.com]
