ANDERSONVILLE — Big Jones is putting its own frozen spin on some classic summer cocktails.

The restaurant at 5347 N. Clark St. specializing in southern cuisine has two new frozen drinks: a frozen rhubarb julep and frozen Rosé bishop, according to a press release.

The julep combines rhubarb shrub, bourbon, mint and sugar. The bishop, a staple in old southern cookbooks, combines Rosé, roasted oranges, pineapple, rum, lime, spice and topped with nutmeg, the release said.

Each of the slushy-like drinks are $10. Other seasonal cocktails include the hurricane and the Chatham artillery punch, the release said.
