ALBANY PARK — Police are looking for the same man they say fondled and harassed two girls and a woman last week.

The incidents occurred between May 8 and May 26, while the victims were on their way to or from school:

At 4 p.m. on May 8, a 14-year-old girl was walking home from school when a man called her over to his car at Gunnison Street and Sacramento Avenue. The suspect asked the girl to look at something he was holding, and when she leaned over, she saw the man wasn't wearing pants and was touching himself inappropriately. The teen ran away, and the suspect drove south on Sacramento.

• At 5 p.m. on May 22, a 13-year-old girl was walking home from school in the 3600 block of West Ainslie Avenue when a man asked her for directions to a public restroom, where he took off his pants and began touching himself. The offender was driving a four-door older model silver sedan.

At 8 a.m. on May 26, an 11-year-old girl was walking to school in the 4100 block of North Richmond Street when a man pulled up in a red or burgundy van and motioned for her to come toward him. Fearing for her safety, the girl ran away and alerted authorities.

And in an incident involving an adult:

• Also on May 26, at 9:40 p.m. in the 4300 block of North Spaulding Avenue, a man walked up to a 30-year-old woman from behind and touched her midsection through her clothing. The man fled when confronted by the woman.

There is minimal description of the offender, who is generally described as a 25- to 40-year-old Hispanic male.

Residents are urged to walk in pairs and to call 911 to report any suspicious persons or activity. Anyone with information about these incidents should call Area North Detectives at 312-744-8200.
