FULTON MARKET — Shake Shack will open its fourth Chicago-area location in red-hot Fulton Market Wednesday.

The New York-based burger chain will open at 11 a.m. Wednesday at 185 N. Morgan St., a representative confirmed Friday.

Honeygrow and Do-Rite Donuts are also expected to open in the single-story Shapack Partners development this year. The new building is located next to the CTA Morgan ''L'' station, across the street from trendy Federales and one block south of Google's Chicago headquarters.

The Fulton Market Shake Shack will serve up all of the eats the chain is known for, including all-natural Angus beef burgers, chicken, griddled flat-top dogs, frozen custard, crinkle-cut fries, beer, wine and more.

Chicago artist Don't Fret's mural adorns the side of the Shake Shack building, a piece inspired Carl Sandburg's poem "Chicago." In the poem, Sandburg proclaimed Chicago the "Hog Butcher for The World," a reference to the West Loop's meatpacking history.

Shake Shack also operates restaurants in River North, in the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel on Michigan Avenue and in Skokie.

The burger joint first announced plans to open in the West Loop in July 2016.
